If your fork develops a problem we will always try to resolve it within warranty or at a modest service charge (if it is judged to be wear and tear or crash damage). It is still a good idea to service your fork regularly as it will improve performance and minimise any wear and tear. But, we won’t automatically void your warranty for lack of a service.

PLUSH STRAIGHT FROM THE BOX
Be aware of forks that are plush straight from the box they may feel great for the first few rides but can start to wear more quickly and develop problems. Check out their reliability with friends or in online reviews and forums before you make a purchase.

Marzocchi forks are manufactured to a very tight engineering tolerance so they don’t feel plush straight away. For your first 10 rides the fork will feel sticky as the bushings wear in to their precise fit. After that they’ll feel plush and remain plush.
