Marzocchi have been producing high-end suspension forks & rear shocks since 1949 and are the only manufacturer to use high precision Japanese seals and bushings in both Motorcycle and Bicycle forks. By using the very best seals very little “crud” gets into your fork and the hard anodised stanchions will last for years.

3 YEAR GUARANTEE
Your 3 Year Guarantee is NOT conditional on you servicing your fork. If your fork develops a problem we will always try to resolve it within warranty or at a modest service charge (if it is judged to be wear and tear or crash damage). It is still a good idea to service your fork regularly as it will improve performance and minimise any wear and tear. But, we won’t automatically void your warranty for lack of a service.

SERVICING
Like a car, there are purchase costs and running costs. Be aware of fork servicing charges. Marzocchi forks will need a service about every 12 months with regular usage (at an SSP of £55). This includes labour, oil change, new seals and return postage. Before you purchase a new fork, check out what other fork manufacturers will charge for a service and how frequently you’ll have to do it. Marzocchi forks can be serviced by windwave or at many local shops.

PLUSH STRAIGHT FROM THE BOX
Be aware of forks that are “plush straight from the box” – they may feel great for the first few rides but can start to wear more quickly and develop problems. Check out their reliability with friends or in online reviews and forums before you make a purchase.

Marzocchi forks are manufactured to a very tight engineering tolerance so they don’t feel plush straight away. For your first 10 rides the fork will feel “sticky” as the bushings wear in to their precise fit. After that they’ll feel plush and remain plush.
