Our Gift Vouchers can be used to buy any item from www.ukbikestore.co.uk.

Simply choose the denomination or mix of denominations to the total value you require for each recipient and proceed to the check-out.

Please note that if you are buying for more than one recipient, you will need to place a separate order for each individual recipient.

After entering your own name and address details, tick the "Delivery address" box and add your recipient's name, address & contact details as the delivery address. If you wish the vouchers to be emailed direct to the recipient then use their email address here - otherwise put your own email address in and they will be emailed direct to you (with the recipient's name on them.
Then simply add your card details and complete the order as normal.

We will then email your vouchers to you. You can then, either forward them by email direct to your recipient or you can print them out to present personally or send by post.

If vouchers are the only item on your order, we will deduct our standard £1 postage charge before we charge your card.

Our vouchers are valid for 6months from the end of the month of purchase and can be used as full or part payment for any item from our online store. We are unable to offer change, refunds or credit for any part-used vouchers.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REDEEMING VOUCHERS.

Place your online order through our website in the normal way and then email your order number and voucher number(s) to sales@ukbikestore.co.uk

Alternatively, telephone us on 02392 528932.

The value of your vouchers can then be redeemed against the total value of your order and you can pay for any excess balance with a debit or credit card in the normal way.
